Our Story

It all started providing a regular taxi service like many in the chauffeur industry but we soon realised there was a niche in the market for a more upmarket service in Glossop Derbyshire. We invested in an Executive Mercedes vehicle and started our journey to where we are today in providing a Luxury Chauffeur Service and Luxury Airport Transfers.

Our services have changed and improved along the way to how we operate now; Smart drivers, online bookings and payments, onboard refreshments, Complimentary WiFi and Meet & Greet Service, expanding our operating area to Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Saddleworth & High Peak.

We have access to Executive Mercedes E Class Vehicles, Luxury Mercedes V Class People Carriers and Luxury Mercedes S Class Saloons.

My journey

After leaving college in 1996 I began in retail, working in the mobile telecoms sector within the family business. After 10 years of working in the family business I ventured on my own and spent a couple of years in the motor trade buying and selling used cars. Manchester Audi was my last stop in the motor trade before I entered the private hire and taxi industry.

2008

I took ownership of a small taxi business in Glossop Derbyshire. Gradually expanding and relocating the business to purpose built premises I grew from having a team of only 15 staff to employing nearly 45 staff and a fleet of just over 20 vehicles.

2017

I decided to tap into the executive chauffeur market. I purchased an older model Mercedes Viano people carrier to provide an Executive Airport Transfer Service from the Glossop area to and from Manchester Airport. This was a great success and with the aim of becoming a complete Chauffeur Service I slowly adjusted various service levels to resemble a Chauffeur Standard Service – smart attire, mints and bottled water in the vehicle, sms status update and meet and greet service etc.

2020

Now we have access to executive Mercedes E Class, Luxury Mercedes V Class People Carriers and Luxury Mercedes S Class Saloons servicing a wide client base in Manchester, Cheshire, Saddleworth and High Peak. We use an online booking and despatch system to keep our clients updated on the status of their chauffeur. Our website is now state of the art and we are proud to be one of the leading chauffeur companies in Manchester, Cheshire, Saddleworth and High Peak.
